- Exploring the area, yoga, and free time

- 2:00 p.m.: Tour of Gala's House (Salvador Dalí)

Day 4

- 8 a.m.: Departure for the SUP cave tour
- Dinner at the on-site restaurant
- 4:00 p.m.: Gentle yoga or free time

Day 5
Catalan Theme Day
- Market Tour

Day 6
- Lunch
- 8 a.m.: Departure for a SUP excursion
- Relaxing at the beach and dining on site

- Morning Yoga
- 9:30 a.m.: Departure for the via ferrata
- Dinner at the on-site restaurant, followed by a walk through the village

Day 8

- Free morning, or—for those looking for a greater challenge and who are at an advanced level—a SUP tour around the island
- Dinner in Girona and an afternoon tour
Day 9

- Leaving at 8 a.m.: SUP, beach, and restaurant
