Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer, SUP surfer or even a WING FOILer?
Join us for our Cocoabeach clinic to enjoy this mythical spot (home of world surfing champion Kelly Slater)!
Cocoa beach's geographical location allows you to surf the sea, sail the river, visit the mangroves and contemplate the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a relaxed southern atmosphere!
Pre-clinical virtual physical preparation by Zoom!
- 2 training sessions will be given live.
The sessions will allow you to get to know each other before the Clinic and to prepare yourself to make the most of your trip with us to Cocoabeach.
- Supervision on the water from Sunday to Thursday3 instructors, 12 participants
- To be held directly on the beachfront at Cocoa beach
- Hatha yoga session
- Introduction to SUPsurfing (theory and practice)
- Introduction to SUP (theory and practice)
- Introduction to windsurfing/WINGing (theory and practice depending on weather conditions)
- Daily sessions are scheduled.
- SUP excursions in the Mangroves
- SUP at sunset and hopefully with dolphins!
- Dynamic pre-surfing warm-up on the beach and post-surfing stretching
- Equipment
- And many other nice surprises
